The Dingle takes inspiration from the US standard issue pilot glasses of the 40's and 50's. Their elegance influenced civilian frames with the style becoming popular after The War. They’re named after a  small colorful town in County Kerry on the Dingle Peninsula. The area’s ‘the most beautiful place on earth,’ in the words of National Geographic.  It’s known for its spectacular coastal scenery, glimpses of traditional rural Ireland and vibrant music-filled bars.
